For our fourth annual NBC Select Wellness Awards, we spent over three months testing hundreds of products to find the best of the best across categories like workout apparel, fitness trackers, sleep earbuds and more. I’m sorry but water flossers should be used in conjunction with regular flossing not as a substitute alone. It’s a great product but speaking as a dental professional, I feel it’s a bit deceptive to say if you hate flossing use these instead of floss picks or traditional flossing.
